1st of all you have to know very well that how Google Adsense Account got disable and don't do that to be safe.
The second thing you may do which most of the adsense owner don't know about that, use Allowed Sites Option in your Adsense account.
Login into your adsense account and click on My account then Allowed Sites Option on the top right hand. There you will have to type the Urls of the sites (without http://www.) on which Only sites you want to allow google to serve the adsense ads.
By doing so if anybody else will use your pub id in any other site excepted the allowed sites that earning/impressions and clicks of that site using your pub id will not be counted and even any action. If he/she do this to disable your adsense account.
